About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Create scripts, storyboards, assessments and interactive learning activities based on agreed learning outcomes.
- Gather, interpret and simplify technical information while ensuring content remains accurate.
- Work collaboratively with clients and the wider team, reviewing course builds and responding to feedback throughout the project.
Requirements
- Strong writing and communication skills – Able to turn complex or technical information into clear, concise and engaging learning content.
- An understanding of learning principles, assessment design and how people learn effectively is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail – Able to review content critically, maintain accuracy and consistency, and manage feedback across multiple projects.
