Key Responsibilities
- Create visual content – Develop motion graphics, animations, screen designs and multimedia assets for digital training projects.
- Interpret scripts, storyboards and briefs to create engaging visuals that support the learning content.
- Work with colleagues and clients to respond to feedback and ensure visual content meets project requirements.

- Creative and technical skills – Experience with motion graphics, animation and graphic design using relevant creative software.
- Strong attention to detail – A critical eye for visual quality, consistency and accuracy.

As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will use your creativity and visual skills to enhance our digital training content using 3D modelling, character animation, and video editing. Working across a variety of projects, you’ll create engaging multimedia content, collaborating with colleagues and clients to deliver a strong and consistent visual experience.
