Management Accountant: ISG is looking for a Management Accountant to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedure. Management Accountant responsibilities will also include financial risk management. The MA will have the ability to motivate the finance team, to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects.

Subject Matter Expert: ISG requires Master Mariners and Senior Engineers (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) to assist in the development of digital learning courses. We are flexible in offering full-time, part-time and contract positions for applicants with the right levels of experience and attitude. Preference will be given to those with experience in Polar operations and LNG carriers and vessels powered by LNG.

Senior Lecturer: ISG requires Master Mariners and Senior Engineers (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) to deliver classroom and webinar training and competence workshops. We are flexible in offering full-time, part-time and contract positions for applicants with the right levels of experience and attitude. Preference will be given to those with experience of developing and delivering course materials for other training establishments. Experience in Polar operations, LNG carriers and vessels powered by LNG is also an advantage.

Elearning Developer: Due to large contract wins we are enhancing our talented team of elearning specialists. Our contracts give us the opportunity to provide best-in-class digital and blended learning using many forms of motion graphics which is helping us all to grow and develop too. We offer an environment with flexible working arrangements and operate within a highly supportive team environment. Experience within marine sectors, oil and gas or HSE is an advantage, but we don’t mind what sector you’re currently working in or how many years’ experience you have. Motion Graphics Designer: Our Team needs additional development resource from a creative person who is familiar with screen building, developing multi-media assets and working with clients to ensure their expectations are met on all visual aspects of a project. You will have a very critical eye for detail and will have a highly personable and professional attitude to both internal and external customers.

Business Development Professional: We require someone who can work with us to identify and develop new opportunities for our extensive range of digital and blended learning offerings. An ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification and have been working in a customer-facing role in industry for at least 5 years. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate exceptional inter-personal skills, can create compelling sales proposals and can present effectively to audiences that include senior executives. Experience in the maritime sector or in training and competence would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will have a positive outlook and will be highly motivated to succeed. They will also thrive under pressure and place customer satisfaction and professionalism at the heart of all their work. Ideally, they will already have a network of relevant contacts in the maritime sector. OTE £60k+ for the right candidate.
